I am lifelong resident of Bartow. Because of my small hometown roots, I have a passion for helping meet the needs of my community. I have been an active member of Junior Service League of Bartow for 5 years now and love to volunteer in other ways when the opportunity arises. In my spare time you may catch me out at a baseball, football, or lacrosse game or at the Polk County Youth Fair with my four boys and husband.

Prior to being a Real Estate Agent, I spent 10 years in the banking world, with the last 6 of those years, focusing on Commercial Lending. During that time, I began my love affair with real estate and now I am pursuing that desire as a REALTOR. My goal is to take my love for the community, desire to help others, and real estate background and apply those traits to provide you with superior service!

I have  been In many facets of real estate over the years, from a buyer, a seller, an investor and a Real Estate Agent.

As a Florida native, I have witnessed the changes and the growth of our amazing state.  Working with both sellers and buyers, helping them to achieve their goals, making room for their growing families or downsizing into the next phase of their lives has always been an honor and a blessing to be a part of. I am forever thankful that they chose me to be a part of it.

Real Estate has always been my passion. As an investor and renovator. My love for historic homes has only grown throughout the years.Taking the old and forgotten, making these historical Florida homes beautiful again, has become a part of me.

As a mother of two amazing children and a Gigi to nine beautiful grandchildren, I feel truly blessed beyond measure. I am a lioness for my family, friends and clients. My parents were amazing examples  of integrity, honesty, loyalty and work ethic, I believe these traits were passed down to all of their children and grandchildren.  My father’s words echo in my heart, things like “ days work days pay”  or “ always keep your word even to your own  detriment.”   These words he ingrained in each of our lives  for which I try to honor him daily.

Services Offered

Listing Homes for Sale

  • Determine the home's value in the current market for a listing price.
  • Advise the homeowner in readying the home for listing and showings.
  • Enter the home into the MLS database.
  • Market the home to other agents and brokerage members of the MLS.
  • Market the home in print, and other traditional media, as well as on the Internet.
  • Supervise and/or schedule showings of the home.
  • Report to the seller any interest and some feedback from buyers who see the home.
  • When a buyer makes an offer, help the seller in negotiations to try and get the price they want and a signed purchase agreement.
  • Coordinate the process from contract through the closing, including inspections, documents, and other items necessary to close.

Working with Buyers

  • Help them to locate and view homes that meet their requirements.
  • Help them with securing a mortgage.
  • Advise them on the area, market conditions, and if they believe that homes of interest are priced right or not.
  • Work with them to craft the initial offer in a purchase agreement.
  • Work with them through negotiations and counter-offers with the seller(s).
  • After a purchase contract is executed, coordinate the transaction process on the buyer side.
  • Coordinate/schedule appraisals, inspections, and other activities related to the transaction.
  • Deliver and explain all documents, title insurance, deeds, etc.
  • Work with them through the closing and getting their keys.
